“Kaon Ta!”

“Kaon ta” translated to english is “Let’s Eat”. And it’s what you’re gonna hear in any household in Capiz when it’s meal time. Whether you’re part of the family or a guest in a Capizeño home, you’re gonna be invited to sit and have a home cooked meal. It’s our Filipino culture.

And our warm culture extends to our coffee farm inviting everyone to try some of our delectable comfort food. We serve up some homemade goodness from traditional recipes handed down for generations.

There’s something special about the caring hands that prepare these dishes that makes it all worthwhile for our visitors. While Nening has never attended a culinary class nor had any formal training, she is experienced in creating some of the tastiest traditional dishes rivaling some of the most trained chefs in the world (atleast we think so). Her cooking keeps people coming back for more and her repertoire is one to explore time and time again. And best of all, she serves it up with a smile.

Whether you want our Capizeño style chicken adobo, pinaisan, kare kare, or classic lumpia, Neng is the chef that does it all. Recipes handed down are all memorized never documented by the ink of a pen, yet are as consistent as can ever be.

Menu offerings vary upon each booking and customized to each group. From seafood to fruits and everything in between, your appetite will surely be satisfied especially if you’re craving for an authentic experience found on Auntie Tina’s farm.
